LIFE SAVERS! California heat is not something to mess with. I gave Top Air Heating & A/C a call, and they scheduled me with a 3 hour window. Andy arrived in the first 15 minutes of the window! I'm already impressed. Before entering my house, he wore brand new booties to cover his work boot. Love him even more! Shows that he respects our home. He gave us his full attention and really listened to our issue without interruption or assumptions. After some investigation and work, he said he needed a part that he didn't have in his vehicle and called his co-worker Lim, and he came immediately with it! My AC is working great, and my family and I can now relax. Highly recommend Top Air Heating & A/C to everyone. Professional, respectful, well groomed, and at a good price. I'm keeping them in my contacts for sure for the future.

As the heat of summer settled in, I found myself in need of urgent AC repairs. I decided to give Top Air Heating and A/C a try and I'm absolutely thrilled that I did. From the moment Lim arrived at my doorstep, it was clear that this company was different. He was punctual, coming exactly when he said he would, which was a relief given the scorching temperatures outside. What truly set Lim apart was his knowledge, truthfulness, and respect for my home. He wore protective gear to keep my house clean and diligently laid down mats to shield my floors from potential damage. As Lim worked on my AC unit, I couldn't help but be impressed by his level of expertise and efficiency. It has been years since the AC was not working, so I thought it would be challenging to fix, but he tackled the repair with confidence and competence, making sure to explain the issues and steps he was taking. Having him explain things along the way and answer my questions reassured me that I was in capable hands. This review is long overdue. Andy was referred to us by a family member. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our HVAC system was over 20 years old and we knew it was going to give up on us any day. He came in took a look, and explained to us in detail what was going on and what we needed to do. He cleaned up our system and gave it a "tune-up" to give us time to decide if we were ready to buy a new system all during a heat wave. Our system finally kicked the bucket in July and Andy helped us get through the financial process and got us scheduled in soon as we got approved. This was maybe 2 weeks after our system died on us. He came in with his team and worked multiple days. It was supposed to be a one-day job but it was one problem after another. It wasn't their fault. The equipment they picked up was damaged. They wouldn't have known until they unboxed the equipment. They raced over and sat in traffic to and from the warehouse to replace the equipment. I can go on and on but to cut my experience short, these are men who take pride in their work and give amazing customer service. They make sure their customers are happy. I highly recommend them if you are looking for great customer service and high-quality work. Thank you Andy!

I recently hired Top Air for my cooling needs, and I must say, Lim is fantastic! From start to finish, his service was top-notch. My ac wasn't working and I thought I needed to replace the whole unit but after taking a look, he recommended a tune-up and a few replacement parts and filter replacement. Our DYI was an epic fail (crash & burn Maverick). Sent out an SOS (the need for speed) and got in contact with Lim at Top Air (9:30 pm)! In mach speed (next day at 3:30 pm) he came to our rescue (mind you it's been 100 degrees plus the last few days). He was on time, professional and economical. 10/10 would highly recommend (no points for second place) and we will use Top Air's service again (you can be our wingman any time). Andy showed up exactly within the time frame they scheduled us for and was very professional from start to finish, but more importantly, my husband was impressed with the attention to detail (since my husband has OCD as well lol) and honesty since we called 3 other companies and 2 suggested a complete system replacement, but Andy just said "let me take a look at it" and worked his magic and the AC was blowing cold air again. Highly recommend them is you have ac issues.
