TOP-Rewards members enjoy an 18-Point Furnace Tune-Up and professional cleaning to stay warm during cold winter nights, at no cost.
TOP-Rewards members enjoy a thorough inspection and analysis of their attic, insulation levels, ductwork and any system leaks, at no cost
As a TOP-Rewards member, upon request, will receive a guaranteed 24-hour response time for repair. For any reason a Top Air Technician is unable to accommodate the request and needed repairs during the visit, we’ll cover the cost of the repair up to $250.
As a TOP-Rewards member, upon request, will be provided with a priority AC and/or furnace system replacement within 24 hours of a permit being pulled.
TOP-Rewards member’s diagnostic fee will only be $10.
TOP-Rewards members will be guaranteed 20% off all HVAC repairs.
TOP-Rewards members will be guaranteed 10% off all indoor air quality products.
100% of your TOP-Rewards annual fees may be applied towards one of the following:
- Complete system replacement
- Complete system with ductwork, insulation or radiant barrier replacement, or
- Partial system only replacement
- Ductwork, insulation or radiant barrier only replacement, as long as your TOP-Re wards remains uninterrupted.
- A partial system with ductwork, insulation or radiant barrier replacement, as long as your TOP-Rewards remains uninterrupted. 50% of your TOP-Rewards annual fees may be applied towards the cost of Top Airs
- The Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning has no monetary value, if you decide to not take advantage of this benefit.
- Warranty excludes compressors, coils, heat exchangers, and refrigerant leaks. No monetary value.
- TOP-Rewards will automatically renew until canceled
- Annual TOP-Rewards membership must remain current. This applies to insulation, equipment and/or ductwork, radiant barrier purchased from Top Air. These benefits have no monetary value.
